Swimmers in the sea under a pink sky

FAQ

Booking

  1. How do I book a table?
Online, with Book now on each place’s page, which shows live availability: if your time is taken, try another time or another place. Online bookings take tables of up to ten; for more than ten, email reservations@daisygreenfood.com. You can also call our reservations team on 020 3597 9908.
  2. Do I need to book?
Walk-ins are welcome. For a weekend brunch or a group, booking online is the safe bet. Audrey Green, Parliament Hill Café, The Portrait Pavilion by Audrey Green and the counters at Beany Green – Regent's Place and Beany Green – Southbank are walk-in only.
  3. What is your cancellation policy?
We take card details to secure every booking, but no deposit. If you cancel with less than 12 hours’ notice, or do not come, we may charge 25 per person to the card. If you cannot make it, please call us or cancel online.
  1. How long will you hold my table?
Fifteen minutes. We seat complete parties only, so please make sure everyone in your group is on time; after 15 minutes the table may be released, and if you have not been in touch the cancellation fee may apply.
  2. Are there any rules for a group?
At Darcie & May Green, because the boats are small, everyone booking a dinner slot orders a main. For Bottomless Brunch, the whole table orders from the bottomless menu.
  3. Can I book for a party or a private event?
Yes. Parties from 11 to 450, private rooms from about 25 and whole venues: see Private events or email events@daisygreenfood.com. Every enquiry is quoted individually.

Menus and times

  1. When are brunch, lunch and dinner?
Brunch is served seven days a week from opening. Lunch is Monday to Friday, noon to 5pm; there is no lunch menu at the weekend. Dinner is from 5pm or 5.30pm where a place serves it. Times can change.
  2. When is Bottomless Brunch?
From 10am on weekdays and Saturdays, and from 12pm on Sundays.
  3. When is Scarlett Nights?
Friday and Saturday evenings, at Scarlett Green.
  1. I don’t drink prosecco. Is there an alternative for bottomless?
There is no other alcoholic option, but there is an alcohol-free bottomless brunch with a sparkling tea, at 40 per person.
  2. Is there a kids menu, and do you have highchairs?
The Menu page names the places with a kids menu, and every menu has dishes we are happy to adapt for little ones. Highchairs are limited and go first come, first served: please add a note to your booking.

At the table

  1. Can I bring my dog?
Yes, before 5pm, at every place except Larry's. Some tables are set aside for dining with a dog, first come, first served; if none is free we may seat you outside. At Peggy Jean at Riverside Green dogs are welcome on the terrace only, on a lead, never inside the boat. Please keep to our house rules and be considerate of our team and other guests.
  2. Do you take cash?
No. We are cashless: card and phone payments only.
  3. Can I bring decorations?
Small, appropriate decorations for your table, yes; please no confetti or glitter. We decorate tables for private hire only.
  1. Can I bring children?
Yes. On the boats, Peggy Jean at Riverside Green and Darcie & May Green, children must be with an adult at all times: there are several levels and openings onto the water.
  2. Do you have step-free access and accessible toilets?
Yes, at Scarlett Green, Barbie Green, Beany Green – Little Venice and Timmy Green. For anywhere else, please call us before you visit.
  3. Do I need a gallery ticket for the National Portrait Gallery places?
No. Larry's has its own entrance and opens into the evening, Audrey Green has a street-level entrance of its own, and The Portrait Pavilion by Audrey Green is outside on the forecourt.

Food and allergies

  1. Can you cater for allergies?
We try our best. There are gluten-free and dairy-free options at every venue, and seasonal substitutes make many more dishes gluten free and dairy free. We can cater for nut allergies, but our kitchens are not nut-free, and we cannot cater for allergies to chilli, garlic, onions or tomatoes. Please tell the team about any allergy when you arrive; the food you are allergic to is likely to be in the kitchen where your food is prepared.
  2. Do your menus show calories?
Yes, per dish, on every menu on the Menu page. Adults need around 2,000kcal a day.
  1. Do you make celebration cakes?
Yes: phone the place you have booked to order one. For a cake delivered, order from Radio Lamington.
  2. Do you do catering?
Yes, for any occasion, through Radio Lamington: email RL@daisygreenfood.com.
