The evening menu will feature a rotating selection of serasonal dishes, with highlights including Hereford T-Bone, mushroom XO and charred greens, wood-fired bread with fired roasted carrot and apricot harissa.

We will be serving up an All-Star Aussie wine list featuring funky new wave wines, bright cool climate classics and select big name and rare wines from the cellar.
