Sensing Earth Workshop: A guided creative workshop to deepen intuition, heighten sensory awareness and reconnect with nature. Led by artist and researcher Alan McFetridge, the session blends reflective journaling, mindful walking and simple creative exercises to spark inspiration and calm. Suitable for all levels — from seasoned creatives to curious beginners.
Slow down, explore older ways of being in nature, and connect with like-minded people.
October Guest Artist: Pauline Rafal – Threads of Memory
Pauline will share artworks developed from previous Sensing Earth walks, exploring memory, place and how the past, present and future shape our daily lives. Her work is inspired by journaling, walking and her family history in Holland Park.
