The Roasting Party.
Our coffee is made with love by our brothers from another mother, The Roasting Party, who roast our custom blend on their 60kg vintage Robur.
Our bespoke blend combines 50% Columbia (round body & dark chocolate), 25% Brazil (complex & nutty) and 25% Guatemala (acidity & chocolate) beans, to create a smooth ristretto perfect for milk based drinks.
All our coffees come as double ristretto shots as standard to give a complex sweet flavour profile.
Clarence Court.
Our beautiful golden yolk eggs come from Clarence Court…
With 90 years of care, Clarence Court ensures that every bird is the pinnacle of health and wellbeing; with plenty of pastures to free range, never being rushed. Laying at their own naturally slow speed results in distinctively beautiful, richer eggs that are pack with flavour and colour.
