Paired is our winemaker-led supper series celebrating Australia’s most iconic producers. For this dinner, we’re honoured to welcome Henschke, one of Australia’s most revered family wineries, for an intimate evening of exceptional wine and seasonal dining.

The night will be hosted by Johann Henschke, sixth-generation winemaker, sharing wines from Eden and Barossa Valley including Hill of Grace and Mount Edelstone. Expect a rare look into Henschke’s heritage vineyards, thoughtful custodianship and the stories behind some of Australia’s most celebrated bottles.
