After several years living and working in London, I was itching to start my own business and bring a little Australian magic to London.

I was really keen to bring healthy food to the streets of London like I’d seen on a crazy US trip, checking out the latest street food and best beasts on the block of food trucks.

I began searching for the perfect moving machine to transport my ideas to London. There she was one day on eBay: a 1985 Ford Transit covered in smurfs for 3 grand cash. Sweet.

This was our dream machine in 2012.

After a quick remodel, “Pinky” Green hit the streets of London and the British festival season.

Within one month, we would be banned from the AA and RAC from the number of breakdowns… but before then, tomorrow comes our first outing and the One Show.
